Karl Lalemand is Founder & CEO of DBS-Designs by Skip, Inc which is a division of Karl's Collectibles, which is how this all got started. Some 25 plus years ago Karl had a former employer ask him to get some information on doing customer die-cast collectible banks, and well let's say the rest, as they say, is history.

Karl's Collectibles did Custom Die-Cast Collectible banks for many Harley-Davidson dealers across America as well as Quaker Oats and Thomas Moser to name a few.

Karl is a family man, married for 36 years to JoAnne, and together they have 3 children (Jennifer, Khristopher and Kassaundra) and 4 grand kids (Dominik, Victoria, Madeline and Trinity).

Karl's hobbies include frisbee golf, driving around aimlessly (so his wife says) he calls it sightseeing. And he has recently picked up a new hobby - Photography. Jennifer Cyr is the office Manager at DBS-Designs by Skip, Inc and has been with the company 8 years. Jennifer and her husband, Jason, are the proud parents of Dominik.

Along with working along side her Dad and younger brother, Jennifer's hobbies include cooking, reading, knitting, quilting and her dog "Binks". You can see some photos her and family here (Jen's family photos)

Khristopher is the newest member of the DBS-Designs by Skip, Inc team, joining the summer of 2008. Khristopher is responsible for new client relations as well as the company's marketing programs. Khristopher lives in Portland and lives an active life style. He enjoys hiking, racquetball, frisbee golf and ultimate frisbee as well as most outdoor sports. Khristopher is an avid reader and enjoys studying developmental economics in his spare time.

Khristopher graduated from the University of Southern Maine earning a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Accounting.
